2026 Call for Paper Submission
Dear colleagues,
The Peer Beyond Graduate Research Conference Publication Committee is delighted to invite the 2026 presenters to submit full papers for consideration in the official conference publication.
The 2026 conference brought together scholars, researchers, and practitioners to engage with emerging debates, methodological innovations, and interdisciplinary research completed and ongoing at the University of Calgary. The event provided a scientific platform for intellectual exchange, highlighting the breadth of scholarship across fields and promoting dialogues that extended beyond disciplinary boundaries.
Scope of the Publication
We invite submissions based on papers presented at the 2026 conference. Contributions may include any of the following publication formats:
- Extended Abstract (500 words)
- Poster Paper (200 words)
- Short Paper (1500 words)
The deadline for draft submission is March 25th, 2026, just after the conference. If you would like to publish in the conference proceedings, then you will need to follow the Submission Steps below:
- Download and complete the 2026 Peer Beyond Journal Proposal Form. You will upload it in the submission process.
- Submit the completed form and your details using the “Make a submission” button below.
- Note: If you do not have an OJS account, you will need to create one, then log in.
- When submitting, indicate your preferred format (Short Paper, Extended Abstract, Poster Paper) in the Comments to the Editor field.
- Note: If you have co-authors/co-researchers, confirm their support and include their names in your submission.
HOW SHOULD YOU FORMAT YOUR SUBMISSION? - We have provided publication submission templates for each modality (format). Following the template is required.

WHAT IS A BLINDED COPY? - You will upload two copies of your work, one of which is blinded, where all identifying information (your name, affiliation, etc.) is removed, and one which is not blinded. Reviewers will look at your blinded copy.
WHEN SHOULD YOU SUBMIT? - You can submit your draft at any time before the deadline.
