2026 Call for Proposals

Conference: February 18–19, 2026 | University of Calgary

Dear colleagues,

The Peer Beyond Graduate Research Conference Committee is delighted to invite proposals from current University of Calgary graduate students for presentations at our 2026 event. This interdisciplinary conference celebrates graduate research across faculties and provides opportunities to share work, build connections, and engage in scholarly dialogue. Whether you are a seasoned presenter or new to academic conferences, this is the space for you. Benefits include meals and snacks, swag bags, the opportunity to publish work in the next conference proceedings, an invitation to attend a career fair, and much more!

Application deadline: January 16, 2026

Applicants may choose one of the following formats:

Classic Research Talk – 10-minute presentation followed by 2 minutes of Q&A
Poster Sessions – 5-minute talks followed by Q&A in the poster hall
Workshop – 90 minutes

1. Complete the 2026 Peer Beyond Proposal Form.
2. Submit the form and your details here.

If you do not already have an Open Journal System (OJS) account, you may be required to make one. OJS enables us to provide consistent feedback and publish conference proceedings.
