How not to be a Hypocrite: School Choice and the Morally Perplexed Parent

While clearly governments need to address funding and disparities in public education; public education also needs to "step up to the plate" in delivering sound quality programs in every school while showing flexibility and innovation as competitive alternatives to actually compete for those student who are bound for private schools irregardless of the circumstances.
