Sathyaraj Venkatesan is an Assistant Professor of English in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at the National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli (India). He is currently an International Field Bibliographer with the PMLA and is the author of The Idea and Practice of Reading (2017, Springer; forthcoming) with R. Joseph Ponniah; Edgar Allan Poe: Tales and Other Writings (2017, Orient BlackSwan); AIDS in Cultural Bodies: Scripting the Absent Subject (1980-2010) (2016, Cambridge Scholars) with Gokulnath Ammanathil. His articles have appeared in The Explicator, International Fiction Review, MELUS, Journal of Language, Literature and Culture, AMULA, ANQ, Journal of Comics and Graphic Novels among others.

An award-winning documentary film maker by passion, Rajesh James is an Assistant Professor of English by profession at Sacred Heart College, Ernakulum, India. He was awarded the prestigious P. K Rossy Puraskaramfor the Best Documentary by the Government of Kerala (India) in 2016. His documentaries include Earth Water Fire (2017,post-production), Naked Wheels (2016), Zebra Lines (2014) and Dog Life (2011). They are officially selected/screened in various international documentary festivals including International Documentary Festival Peloponnese Greece, East End Film Festival, London, UK, New Jersey, International Film Festival of Shimla, International Documentary and Short Film Festival of Kerala, SIGNS International Film Festival, VIBJYOR International Film Festival among others.
