Sarvenaz Hatami, University of Alberta

Sarvenaz Hatami is a doctoral student in the Studies in Teaching and Learning English as a Second Language program at the University of Alberta. Her main research interests are second language vocabulary learning, pragmatic development, and individual differences in second language acquisition.

Dorte Weber, Grant MacEwan University

Dorte Weber is a graduate of the M. Ed. Teaching English as a second language (TESL) program at the University of Alberta. She has more than ten years’ experience teaching English as a second language (ESL), mostly in English for academic purposes (EAP). She was coordinator of ESL Intensive at NorQuest College from 2005-2010 and is currently coordinator of ESL at MacEwan University.
