Creativity Through Interpretation and Its Implications for Education

One of the essential problems with the notion of creativity is that Behaviorists such as B.F. Skinner. argue for a world of lawful activity of patterning regularity while Existentialists such as Jean-Paul Sanre, concern themselves with inner processes only. Since Behaviorism and Existentialism by themselves cannot account for creativity my proposal is that we should go beyond their singularity to a multifocal humanist position which not only unifies both views but which offers a plausible explanation for human creativity.Downloads
