Abstract

The concept of "climate" is ambiguous because it is applied in many different ways such as "organizational climate" and " learning climate. " The purpose of this article is to analyze the concept of "learning" climate. It first looks at definitions of the concept, second, it presents conceptual mode ls integrating it, then examines problems related to measurement. Finally it discusses findings of research in the field and their pedagogical and administrative implications.
