La révision du programme de Sciences de la nature au collégial : un aperçu des pratiques enseignantes
Abstract
The content of this article focuses on teaching practices within the Natural Sciences program at the college level. This qualitative research aims to explore the practices of three teachers involved in the specific training of the Natural Sciences program during the implementation of the new curriculum. The results suggest that despite a willingness to adopt innovative practices, traditional lecture-based teaching still predominates. They also show that teachers’ discourse about their practices aligns with the practices observed in the teaching context. The range of reported and actual teaching practices reflects thoughtful consideration of both the subject matter to be taught and the students themselves.
