Abstract

This book examines the dynamics of professional identity in the context of professionalization and training. Comprising nine chapters, it features contributions that analyze the process of deconstruction and reconstruction of professional identity, whether during training, integration into the labor market, or re-professionalization. Drawing on a variety of rigorous methodologies, the authors highlight the dynamic nature of professional identity and the factors that can influence its evolution.
