Luis Miguel Dos Santos, Independent Scholar

Dos Santos, Luis Miguel, EdD, MA TESOL, MBA, MSc Mgt, is a Training Specialist at Macau Customs Service.  Before joining the Macau Customs Service, Dr. Dos Santos has worked as a visiting lecturer at City University of Macau and Macau University of Science and Technology. His research is concentrated primarily in the field of adult education, educational psychology, social cognitive career theory, and teachers’ professional development, SPA operation and management. Dr. Dos Santos has published more than 20 peer-reviewed papers in both Chinese and English.
