Wayne Murdoch, Provincial Archives of Alberta
Wayne MurdochWayne.Murdoch@gov.ab.ca is presently the Director of the Collections Management Section at the Provincial Archives of Alberta. He has also spent time on the Board of Directors of the Archives Society of Alberta (1994-1997), has chaired both the ASA's Education Committee (1997-1999) as well as the Education Committee of the Association of Canadian Archivists (1999-2003). He has a bachelor's degree from Concordia University in Montreal, and a Master's Degree in Archival Studies from the University of British Columbia. His is at present fairly involved in several Government of Alberta cross-ministry initiatives involving information management and digital preservation.
