An Associate Professor in the Faculty of Communication and Culture at the University of Calgary, Ronald Glasberg explores the interface between science and spirituality within the framework of developing a general theory of cultural evolution. Viewing history as a movement toward "enlightened consciousness," his research examines how consciousness may be understood as foundational in a variety of disciplinary contexts and how these same disciplines may be re-conceptualized as part of an integral unity that is forever in the process of developing.
