Journal History

Emanating from the University of Calgary in Qatar's (UCQ) conference, this journal began with a Special Issue devoted to teaching and learning at UCQ (Spring, 2015, Journal of Educational Thought). Now, we have develope the Journal of International and Transnational Nursing Education as a means to address a gap in current knowledge: Teaching Nursing in international and transnational contexts. These contexts often have complexities related to language, culture, faith, politics, society mores and issues that have a profound impact on teaching Nursing. This journal provides a forum for knowledge contribution that can inform contexts of Nursing education globally.
