Chengyi Coral Wu is a PhD Candidate in the English Department, the University of Nevada, Reno. Her research interest is in Postcolonial Ecocriticism with an Emphasis on Anglophone African Novels. Her essay"Toward Ecocriticism in Africa: Literary Aesthetics in African Environmental Literature" appears in the edited volume, Natures of Africa:Ecocriticism and Animal Studies in Contemporary Cultural Forms (Wits UP, 2016).
