Your success in your Challenge Project will depend, in part, on how well you work with your team members. At four points during this course, you will be asked to have a group conversation to assess your teamwork using the Teamwork Assessment form. The first is now; the others occur at the end of each module in Phase 2.

Open the form and think about how your team performed in the survival exercise. Have a group conversation to decide how to rate your team on each criteria and to answer the open-ended questions.

THE POINT IS NOT TO GET A PERFECT SCORE! In fact, your assessment will be more believable if you don't. All teams have strengths and weaknesses and can improve performance. Use this opportunity to be honest and tune-up your teamwork!
